Designed to make it faster and easier than ever to see, organise and action all of your approvals in one place, we believe this new feature will be a game changer for complex approval workflows.
In this post, we also provide a brief introduction to workflows in SolveXia for those of you who are not yet using this powerful feature. We then share some information about our latest enhancement to make it easier to view and action all of your requests.
SolveXia allows you to quickly and easily configure workflows to automate and coordinate requests such as:
Workflows can be tailored to your exact needs, including who receives the request, the action they must take and the amount of time they have to respond. Recipients receive requests via email, with links back to SolveXia where they can take action. The request becomes a step in your SolveXia process which will run until it is either actioned or expires:
Responses collected from users are automatically logged and captured in SolveXia's audit trails, making this great for processes that require peace-of-mind and robust controls such as:
In addition to receiving emails for each request, users will now be able to view and action all of their active requests from a single screen in SolveXia:
You can view your active requests by selecting the "Workflow" option in the menu bar after signing into the SolveXia Subscriber view.
We believe this feature will make it easier and faster to view and action all of your requests from one single screen in SolveXia. This will be particularly useful for approvers who need to review and action many requests, such as a backlog of payment requests or account reconciliations during month end.
